He directs the activity of the Secretariat of Legal State Secretary, Legal Department, Information Technology and Information Protection Department, exercises the employer's rights over civil servants belonging to the personnel of these organs. He controls the activity of the Central Controlling and Magisterial Bureau, exercises the employer's rights over the General Director of the Bureau.
He exercises the chamber rights in regard to the establishment, modification and termination of service relationship of the professional personnel belonging to the legal and administrative service.
He performs professional control over the implementation of tasks in the areas of legal matters, informatics, data and information protection, controlling, documentation processing, environment protection, fire-protection and protection of working conditions, client management service as well as military care service.
